Internship - Marketing & Sales – Online International Business

We are constantly looking for French and German Native Speakers

Job Description:

Overview: Marketing, Marketing Online and Sales position for last year degree student or recent graduated student with high fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish languages.

You will be given a lot of responsibility and room for learning and developing your skills. A high level of initiative and autonomy at work will be required.

The tasks that you will be assigned may include:

• Multilingual (French, German, Spanish and English) customer service and sales via telephone, email, and face to face
• Promoting our website and services on internet – online-Marketing (e.g. Google campaigns, weekly internet listings, links exchange)
• Searching, contacting, and visiting potential providers or advertisers, and introducing our services to them.
• Maintaining a successful business relationship with our providers.
• Translating documents, service descriptions and all kinds of information as we need it for day to day operations of the business (German, Spanish, and English languages)
• Managing and keeping updated our statistics and database files, and reporting this on a monthly basis.
• General Admin tasks: printing, filling, book-keeping, etc.
• Occasionally running local direct marketing campaigns

Candidate Essential Requirements:

• Languages: Spanish, English and French / German – spoken & written (you will be dealing with customers via email, phone and face to face in the 3 languages, you will also need to develop web content in the 3 languages).  We require: a Native French and/or German speaker (or bilingual) with very high level of Spanish and English.
• Last year bachelor or Master student or recent graduated student (Languages, Business, Tourism, Commerce, Advertising, Communication, Translation and Interpretation, or any other related degree).
• Age between 23 to 28 years old
• Some previous working experience (e.g. internship) in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Communication, Advertising or similar field. Having worked, lived or studied ABROAD before essential.
• Proof of your academic records will be required
• Computer skills:  Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (high level of knowledge), Microsoft Outlook and Word essential + Internet search skills

What we offer:

The candidate selected for this internship in Seville will receive a fixed monthly allowance (between to be agreed based on the profile of the candidate).  Also, on top of the fix income, we have a monthly bonus scheme based on targets achieved by the team of HolaSevilla; and if needed, we will help the intern to find suitable accommodation before arrival.
