Property descriptionThe duplex of San Isidoro can be found on the lower floor of a XVII century building in Santa Cruz. The 60m2 apartment counts with a lounge containing a sofa-bed, open kitchen or "American Kitchen" that is intergrated with the lounge and a small lavatory. On the upper floor, accessed via stairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a main bathroom. The apartment was completely renovated in 2009, respecting the architecture and materials of the era. All furnishings are completely new and made to measure to take advantage of every corner spac, combining every detail of the decor. The interior design took its inspiration from some XI century engravings, with the result beiing a subtle mix of arabic and rutic styles while mainting the comfort of today. In times gone by this building where the apartment is located was a convent-school of the order of the Carmelite nuns, dating from 1602. The apartment enjoys all the comfort and tranquility that a building of this era brings, with its strong and thick walls, isolating the apartment from the noise of the street, the cold of winter and the heat of the Andalucian sun.

Surroundings
This Duplex is situated in the heart of Seville, in the street San Isidoro, possibly the oldest street in Seville today, dating from the times of the Tartessons. Without doubt, this part of the city is impregnated with what is considered the soul of Seville, among the most popular bars of Santa Cruz and Alfalfa. It's the perfect location to get ot know the city, as you are a stones throw away from the historic (Catedral, Giralda, Reales Alcázares, etc.) and commercial centre (shops, restaurants, etc.). Despite being in the heart of a bustling city, the apatment and its surroundings are quiet and tranquil, being the perfect place to relaz after a busy day site-seeing.
Transport from the Airport of Seville
The airport bus costs 2.40€ (4.20€ return, to be used the same day) and the bus can be caught every 30 minutes. It takes you to the Prado de San Sebastian bus station, which is the most central location. Getting from the Airport into the center of Seville is easy and quick. If you catch a Seville Airport Taxi the journey will take you around 15 mins and costs between €15 and €22 depending on which time of day you travel. The taxi rank is just outside the terminal building. There are five main car hire companies based at the airport in Seville. You can find the Seville airport car hire companies on the ground floor of the main terminal building.
