Holiday Apartments

This holiday apartment can host up to 4 people:

* Double bed in the bedroom

* Sofa Bed in the lounge for two adults

* Cot available on request

* Minimum stay: 3 nights

* Minimum stay during Holy Week (Semana Santa) and Feria: 4 nights

* Maximum stay: 4 weeks

* Pets are not allowed

*A refudable bond of 200€ needs to be paid upon arrival. This bond will be reimbursed on the checking out day.

This apartment is located in the Street Alberto Lista, right in the heart of Seville.

Conveniently located, the apartment is just fifteen to twenty minutes walk away from the main monuments of Seville (Cathedral, Giralda, Reales Alcázares, Town Hall, etc.) and the commercial area (with all the boutiques, shops, restaurants).

Although in the city centre, the apartment itself is quiet, making it the best place to get some rest after a day out site-seeing.

* 5 minutes walk to La Alameda de Hércules

* 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral

* 5 minutes walk to The Plaza de Encarnación (For Buses-Metropol Parasol)

The airport bus costs 2.40€ (4.20€ return, to be used the same day) and the bus can be caught every 30 minutes. It takes you to the Prado de San Sebastian bus station, which is the most central location.

Getting from the Airport into the center of Seville is easy and quick. If you catch a Seville Airport Taxi the journey will take you around 15 mins and costs between €15 and €22 depending on which time of day you travel. The taxi rank is just outside the terminal building.

There are five main car hire companies based at the airport in Seville. You can find the Seville airport car hire companies on the ground floor of the main terminal building.
