A. How to enquire

Depending on the service/s that may interest you follow one or both of the enquiring procedures shown below

  • Spanish and/or Flamenco courses: Please fill in our online Request Form, alternatively, you can always send us an email with all the details of your request.

 

B. How to book

Depending on the service/s that may interest you follow one or both of the booking procedures shown below

  • Accommodation: Please use our online reservation system in order to check the availability and prices of our accommodation options and book the accommodation of your choice online.
  • Spanish and/or Flamenco course: Please fill in our online Booking Form

 

In a short time, we will process your request and will give you an answer with a detailed offer within just 2 to 3 days (working days) at the latest. However, when possible, we will deal with the requests within 24 hours (except weekends, national or local holidays).
In our offer, we will give not only the prices but also further information about the services that you require.

2. Booking Procedure

  • Accommodation: In order to book an accommodation please use our online reservation system:

  • a)    Select your dates and the accommodation type you want to book (holiday apartment or shared apartment) to check our availability
    b)    Select the accommodation you want to book in order to see the price
    c)    Fill in your contact details and proceed with the booking.
  • Spanish and/or Flamenco Course: In order to book please fill in our online Booking Form

A deposit of the whole amount (approximately 20%) needs to be paid in advance in order to complete the booking.

Once we have received the above mentioned booking form with all your details, and in order to confirm your booking, you will receive a Payment Request with all the details for you to pay the requested deposit in advance. The booking will only be confirmed once we have received the payment of this deposit.

The outstanding balance is due:
Accommodation: Upon arrival, in cash, once you receive the keys for the accommodation.
Flamenco and/or Spanish Course: On the first day of your course.

How to pay

  1. Bank Transfer - into our HolaSevilla bank account in Seville, Spain. Our bank account details will be included in the payment request. Please, remember that all bank charges and commissions from the bank transfer should be at your own cost, therefore, the bank transfer needs to be free of charges for us.

  2. Credit Card - using only and exclusively the safe internet based payment system offered by PayPal. A 4% extra charge (within EU) and a 5% extra charge (outside EU) will apply on each transaction and all the payments will need to be addressed to the email account This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. IMPORTANT

Wire-Transfer as payment option

  • Please, keep in mind that International Bank Transfers can take up to 8 working days; or up to 3 working days if they are done within Spain from a Spanish bank to our bank. Therefore, as soon as possible, after receiving our payment request and ordering the money transfer, we need to receive a copy of the bank receipt that shows the bank transfer order; this can be emailed to us or faxed to +34 954 32 22 33
  • Remember, that your booking will not be official until the payment has been received, therefore, we recommend you to do your payment right after receiving the payment request.
  • Please, make sure that your full name appears as a reference on the bank transfer order.
PayPal as payment option
  • For people choosing to pay via credit card with PayPal, the payment will be processed, and we will be able to confirm it, except on national or bank holidays, within just 24 hours if you pay any day between a Monday and a Thursday, or 72 hours max. if you do it on a Friday or during a weekend.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once we have received the deposit, you will receive a confirmation of your booking via email. The client is responsible to check that the booking details are correct and needs to report any mistake immediately to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Briefly after the first confirmation email the client will receive a second email which includes all the necessary booking details, locations, addresses, and any other details you may need to prepare for your trip.

 

NOTE: Some people may need a visa to enter in Spain, for that reason, before filling out the booking form, we recommend you to check all the requirements for citizens of your country to entering in Spain.

This can be checked through the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Keep in mind that granting you with a visa to enter in Spain is not up to us, it is up to the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in your country, therefore, if your visa application is denied, we will pay you back the money you paid, except the non-refundable deposit to cover all the administration costs, as well as charging you with any bank charges that may arise from transferring the money back to you.
