1. Request / Offer

Once you have visited our website, and chosen the service or services that you would like to book, simply, fill out our Request Form, alternatively, you can always send us an Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spam bots. In a short time, we will process your booking and will give you an answer with a detailed offer within just 48 to 72 hours. If the request is received any day between a Monday and a Thursday it is very possible that we will get back to you in just 24 hours (except national or bank holidays)

In our offer, we will give not only the prices but also further information about the services that you require.

2. Booking - Confirmation + Invoice

If you accept the offer that we have given to you via email or telephone, in order to proceed with your booking please, fill out our Booking Form.

Once we have received the above mentioned booking form with all your details, and in order to confirm your booking, we will email you a Payment Request with all the details for you to pay the arrangement fee or deposit in advance.

The booking will only be confirmed once we have received the payment for this arrangement fee or deposit.

In case of needing to organize a visa to come to Seville and depending on the service you want to book; the payment in full may be required.

How to pay
  1. Bank Transfer - into our HolaSevilla bank account in Seville, Spain. Our bank account details will be included in the payment request. Please, remember that all bank charges and commissions from the bank transfer should be at your own cost, therefore, the bank transfer needs to be free of charges for us.
  2. Credit Card - using only and exclusively the safe internet based payment system offered by PayPal. A 4% extra charge will apply on each transaction and all the payments will need to addressed to the email account Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spam bots. IMPORTANT
  • Please, keep in mind that International bank transfers can take up to 1 week; up to 4 days if they are done within Spain from one Spanish bank to our bank.
  • Remember also, that your booking will not be official until the payment has been received, therefore, we recommend you to do your payment a good time in advance.
  • Please, make sure that your full name appears as a reference on the bank transfer order.
  • If you can, once you have given the bank transfer order, it is convenient to send us a copy of the bank receipt that shows the bank transfer order; this can be emailed to us or faxed to +34 954 32 22 33
  • For people choosing to pay via credit card with PayPal, the payment will be processed, and we will be able to confirm it, except on national or bank holidays, within just 24 hours if you pay any day between a Monday and a Thursday, or 72 hours max. if you do it on a Friday or during a weekend.

3. Booking Confirmation

Once the reception of the arrangement fee or deposit payment has been confirmed, you will received an official confirmation of your booking via email including all your booking details, locations, addresses, and any other details you may need to prepare for your trip.

NOTE: Some people may need a visa to enter in Spain, for that reason, before filling out the booking form, we recommend you to check all the requirements for citizens of your country to entering in Spain.

This can be checked through the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Keep in mind that granting you with a visa to enter in Spain is not up to us, it is up to the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in your country, therefore, if your visa application is denied, we will return to you the money that you paid, but keeping our non-refundable arrangement fee/s to cover all the administration costs, as well as charging you with any bank charges that may arise from transferring the money back to you.
