How do I book accommodation?

How does the check-in work?

Together with the owner of the apartment you arrange for a time to meet at the address where you will be welcomed, shown around and handed the keys. Name and telephone number of your host can be found in the booking confirmation.

What is the check-out work?

The check-out time should be no later than 12pm so that cleaning can be done before the next check-in time.

Can I bring my pet?

Our accommodation do not allow pets.

Where are the apartments located?

All our holiday apartments and shared apartments are located in the city centre. In our description we often mention the distance to the Cathedral, the main tourist attraction which is located in the historic town.

Do I have to bring towels and sheets?

The holiday apartments are always fully equipped with towels, sheets and kitchen utils, so you only have to bring personal items such as shampoo, toothbrush etc. However, in the shared apartments only bed linen will be provided unless otherwise stipulated. Therefore, you will need to bring your own towels.

When will I get the adress of the apartment?

You will receive all this information in the booking confirmation that will be sent to you after we get the booking fee.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

For any cancellations relating to our accommodation you can find our policies on our section Terms and Conditions. During different seasons policies may vary. In any case, cancellations will result in a no refund of the deposit.

Does the price include cleaning?

Our cleaning charges are included, although we do ask that you leave the apartments in a clean and tidy state at the end of your stay, as you will enter into a clean and well maintained apartment with fresh bed linen. Notwithstanding, you will be in charge of your own cleaning during your stay unless otherwise stipulated.
